I have installed the IOS version of bright app and added my meters. I am not using a CAD or IHD. I have a SMETS1 meter which has been migrated to DCC network.
Bright app started pulling through the historical usage data from my meters but has stopped.
It has been less than 24 hours since I added the meters. Are there any bandwidth limitations imposed by the DCC network for accessing meter data? My assumption is that some sort of cap is in place and download will resume eventually?
ideally I would like to obtain a full usage history dating back to when the meter was installed if possible.
My tariff data is also missing. Is this something my energy supplier can fix?
grateful for any advice please
