Time of use rates wrong


I am on an edf tariff with split rates

Day rate Mon-Fri 0700-2100

Cheaper rate All weekend and 2100-0700

This does not show up correctly on the time of use rates screen.

Is this a known problem ?


  • I believe it is. I am on an all-day tariff with Octopus pending them recognising my recently fitted smart meter and transferring to a ToU. Reading their forum, both the supplied IHD and the Glowmarkt CAD have trouble getting the right rates.

    Time of use rates showing wrong for me. I'm on a fixed 24h tariff from Outfox the market and the app is showing split rates.

  • ToU doesn't show up, I seem to recall this is mentioned in the FAQ (same as it doesn't show on the standard "free" IHD

  • We can only display on the IHD what the supplier loads on the meter - often they don't.

    We can get it correct in bright - if you email support@glowmarkt.com and tell then your tariff and the effective date.
