Tomato Energy, no data?

I recently switched from Octopus dual fuel to Tomato Energy for electricity and British Gas for gas only.

After a week since trying to get the Bright app it isn't working and Hildebrand & Glowmarkt tell me " WAN is up - so when we ping the meters we can get a response - but no data is coming through"

I have messaged Tomato Energy about it.

Does anyone else have this issue?

  • I’ve just come across this issue. Switch over to Tomato in Nov 2024, Bright app has been displaying data just fine until last week. No data has been coming through since. I can’t figure out if it’s a Tomato energy issue or a smart meter issue.
