Tomato Energy, no data?
I recently switched from Octopus dual fuel to Tomato Energy for electricity and British Gas for gas only.
After a week since trying to get the Bright app it isn't working and Hildebrand & Glowmarkt tell me " WAN is up - so when we ping the meters we can get a response - but no data is coming through"
I have messaged Tomato Energy about it.
Does anyone else have this issue?

I’ve just come across this issue. Switch over to Tomato in Nov 2024, Bright app has been displaying data just fine until last week. No data has been coming through since. I can’t figure out if it’s a Tomato energy issue or a smart meter issue.
