Commissioned date

Hi all,

Am in the middle of dispute/mental overload with a company of thieves a.k.a EDF.

I have started using the brilliant Bright app, but one thing puzzled me.

When I look at the meter point info ,it shows both gas and electric meters ( unfortunately smets1) as having a commissioned date of October 2020 yet the meters were installed in June 2018.

Could anyone shine a light on this for me.

    C'mon.peeps I bet the majority of people who use this forum are far more intelligent than myself, someone must have an answer ?
