How do I post an Image?

I see the <> (in a box) at the bottom of the editing screen. Opening it allows me to enter my dropbox location. But hitting insert button brings up a "404 error" message.

Is that a HTML 404 - Page not found? If so, are there any special permissions I need to set? This is the link I was using to test:
