Electricity consumption one thousandth of actual
I have just received my IHD from Glow today and the electricity readings on it are incorrect in that they are reading one thousandth of the correct consumption as in it shows 0.005kWh used today when it should be 5kWh. My historic daily consumption is showing around 0.1kWh when it should be 15kWh.
The calculated cost of the electricity used per day is correct.
The instantaneous power reading is correct.
The information in the Bright app was correct but delayed until today and starting today there are some issues when one 30 mins of consumption is added to a later times consumption and some 30 mins slots show no electricity used. The total consumption is in the correct region.
The DCC historic data bulk downloaded is correct.
Any ideas what is wrong?
