Incorrect readings in app
Hi all.
I've got the Bright app, but not the ihd. I've noticed recently that the app seems to differ from what the Octopus app says for my electricity. Sometimes quite significantly. For example, yesterday was only a small difference with Bright saying I consumed 6kwh whilst Octopus says I used 10kwh. But then the day before, Bright says I used 25Kwh and Octopus says 41! That's a big difference!
I can only assume Octopus is the correct one because that's what my bills are going to be based on. Any idea why this is though? I tend to use the Bright app more as I'm on Agile, and so the Octopus app doesn't show how much the electricity has cost, just how much I used, whereas Bright does give me a price.

Just to add, I just downloaded my data from the glowmarkt website, and that gives me different figures again, albeit by just a kwh or less
Were you able to get any clarity on this?
