Property passport creation not working?

i am trying to create a property passport and all I get is a spinning circle.

is there anything I can do to get it working?

    I've had this issue for a while, recently got an email from Glowmarkt:

    We'll be releasing the option for customers to upload their own UPRN in the next release of Glowmarkt - thank you very much for your patience in the meantime.
