IHD and App not getting data


since about 6:30 this morning (16/4/23) neither the Glow IHD or the app are getting readings from my smart meter, neither gas or electricity.

The app shows the IHD as connected to it.

I have switched the original IHD back on and that is getting data.

Is there a problem at your end, or has something else gone wrong ?




  • OK, to answer my own problem....

    Disconnecting the USB and dropping a battery out to reboot and all is once again working !

  • Hi @tank - always contact us directly for individual support issues as we don't have resource to monitor the forums regularly. We recommend not using batteries as your usual - they are designed for emergency use only. Glad that you are back to normal!
