Lost HAN connection

Hi all, I am having a bit of an issue with my glow CAD, all of a sudden it won’t connect to the HAN. I have raised a request with support but as it’s the weekend I am not expecting an answer right away so thought I would reach out on here to see at anyone else is experiencing an issue. I have tried rebooting the display and my original display connects if I turn it on. Anyone any ideas?
