Alexa Skill / Echo Show

I'm thinking of writing an Alexa Skill over Christmas - so I can display my real-time consumption on an Echo Show. My Glow CAD has to be quite close to my meter, so I want to re-display the data elsewhere in the house on an Echo Show.

Before I duplicate effort I wanted to check first whether anyone has done this already?
