2 smart meters
I have 2 smart meters a Smets1 and a Smets2. My Smets 1 was installed many years ago for my electricity supply. The Smets 2 was then installed on my gas supply. Althought the Smets2 can be dual fuel it was never set up that way. So when I installed the Bright App it recognised the Smets 1 and my MPAN number and that's what it reports. So far the Smets2 has not reported any data and the App reports the primary meter, but no other.
Question is...How do I get the App to recognise the Smets2 meter ????

Hello @kingsmeadow - originally we didn't configure the service to support gas only for SMETS2. The challenge is you have two separate Comms Hubs (one per meter) and so will always need to have two 'sites' in Bright. We are due to launch support for Gas only in Q1 2023.
