MIssing Feed In meter readings

I am with Octopus. Recently I had an issue where my feed in electricity readings stopped reporting on both my Octopus account and GLOW.

After contacting Octopus (and waiting a while - guessing DCC messed something up) the readings are now showing on my octopus account again, but are still not showing on BRIGHT app, or the API or MQTT interfaces (I have different things connecting to each).

Any thoughts on what I need to do to get this sorted?

  • Glow reflects what is configured in the meter so it could still be a meter config issue but I would suggest contacting support directly (available through the App) to confirm.
