New smart meters installed 2 weeks ago, IHD working showing both usages, British Gas app usage data doesnt work, downloaded and set up Bright app. Electric usage is showing but not gas.
So conclusion is that software is very buggy.
I have just signed up and my electric data is all there, but no mention of gas in my Iphone's Bright App. I am dual fuel, via British Gas too.
Does the gas needed to be separately signed up for perhaps?
