SSE Showing incorrect Tariff costs per unit
Is there any way that you can add the ability to update the tariff costs?
A month ago I had an SSE smart meter (electric only) installed. The data is pulling through my usage but it isnt showing the correct unit costs. How can this be corrected? hope you can help thank you !

Tariff is set by your supplier on your meter, so will show in In Home Display when they're communicating with it. Contact your supplier if it's not showing correct values.
