Tariff not found

I'm with EDF on their E7 tariff but with in the app it says Tariff not found. I've emailed support for bright and they say i need to contact EDF as they haven't registered the tariff correctly.

After about 5 weeks of going back and forth with them, i'm no closer to a solution.

Does anyone have any other contact details for them as i can't seem to get past the front line.
