IS the MQTT server (glowmqtt.energyhive.com) down? The data flowing into my Home Assistant instance stopped around 5pm last night (9th Sept) and hasn't updated since.
@JaneatGlow @clivee Another thread suggests asking you to check my credentials. I think this is linked to changing my password in the Bright app yesterday. When I changed this I updated my password in my MQTT tool, but neither the new or old passwords is accepted. I get "Connection refused: not authorised". Please help.
Hello - the @ did trigger a message, it worked! Clive is on holiday and I wasn't feeling well and only just started work. Please could you email support as we can then investigate the specifics of 'you' - it could be your meters are not reporting. Thank you.
