Hi Jane, it's currently playing up again..MQTT says connecting, then drops. Don't believe it's local as a few are reporting issues (Yesterday and today). I can raise a ticket if you wish ? Dan.

I'm still getting occasional dropouts from MQTT - Currently both MQTT and API are not able to connect since 15:30 BST.

Yep, I had the same issue but only for about 25mins started at approx 15:31 BST, then sorted itself out...

I have similar issue. Bright App, API & MQTT not providing any updated data since 18:01:22 and MQTT is just reporting PINGRESP. Have reset IHD and not working. IHD says it's talking to the net and HAN.

I had a similar error when I started using MQTT. I found specifying the certificate file rather than path worked for me. It's worth a try... --cafile /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt Dan.

I have had this happen before and hard rebooted the IHD and once it was back up, it started working. Probably a daft questions, but have you checked that you can get data via the API and Bright App ?

@clivee Thanks for all your efforts on this Clive. I use the API as a backup to MQTT, so was able to get most of the import meter data (just not export meter, like you can with mqtt).
