Forum still alive? (IHD lost connection with smart meter)
Is this forum still alive? I've had my IHD for a couple of years now and all has run smoothly except for a couple of outages. I recently received an email saying I needed to resubmit my authorisation for Glow to access my data. With busy life I forgot to do anything about it until I noticed my IHD is no longer able to connect to my meter. I have authorised it again in the app, but after a couple of days it still won't connect. Any ideas?

Anything like this you're much better off going straight to support.
More than likely due to ICO in particular to GDPR etc you will need to resubmit authorisation to your information more than likely say... 3 years or something.
Once that's done all should work as normal.
