Setting up after change in internet provider
in Bright App
Apologies for what is probably a very basic question.
I have had the "Bright" app and Zigbee Glow Stick installed and working fine for over a year.
I recently changed internet provider and lost the wifi connect to the stick.
When I tried to reconnect I got through all the stages of login, only to end up with a message saying "unauthorised".
Advice welcome - also I cannot find any manual or FAQ - where should I look.

A follow up.
Strangely, after around 24 hours, it seemed to connect with no problems.
No idea why, but it's now OK.
