Time of use rates wrong

I am on an edf tariff with split rates
Day rate Mon-Fri 0700-2100
Cheaper rate All weekend and 2100-0700
This does not show up correctly on the time of use rates screen.
Is this a known problem ?

I believe it is. I am on an all-day tariff with Octopus pending them recognising my recently fitted smart meter and transferring to a ToU. Reading their forum, both the supplied IHD and the Glowmarkt CAD have trouble getting the right rates.
Time of use rates showing wrong for me. I'm on a fixed 24h tariff from Outfox the market and the app is showing split rates.
ToU doesn't show up, I seem to recall this is mentioned in the FAQ (same as it doesn't show on the standard "free" IHD
We can only display on the IHD what the supplier loads on the meter - often they don't.
We can get it correct in bright - if you email support@glowmarkt.com and tell then your tariff and the effective date.
