Smart meter cost
I have recently had my smets1 meter upgraded so now using bright app to see data , my problem is I can’t see the cost only energy I know you have to tap 3 dots and choose cost but it shows nothing octopus say all data input correctly into smart meter spoken to tech guys but no luck has anyone else had this problem ?.

Is the unit rate and standard charge shown correctly on the home page of the App?
