Cannot download data from Glowmarkt webpage?

Hi,
Seeing all my data very nicely in the Bright App fon both iMac and iPhone since I signed up 10 days ago but want to download it.
Am directed to the glowmart.com and can see the option to download electricity and gas. However, whichever data granularity I select, the download button doesn't result in anything being downloaded. No error messages are seen. The button does get a grey background which stays there for minutes so it looks like something is happening... but nothing comes.
My "First Data Read" field is blank for both gas and electricity if that is important?
Nothing obvious on the FAQs or other forum topics that I can see.
