Changed supplier - now Bright app showing unauthorised

Hi, first timer poster here hoping for some guidance.

I have just switched supplier from Eonnext to Octopus Energy. My Bright iOS app was working before the switch, but now it's stopped. I tried logging out and in again, but now I can't get past the log in screen. All I see is a pop up saying 'unauthorised'.

Can anyone help?

  • I'm not 100% sure but I think you should have let the Glow team know in advance. I'm sure they can fix it but it's not as straightforward as letting them know in advance.
