Our independent research agency are recruiting people with a heat pump to help us understand your pains and help future heat pump adopters - they'll be paying £100 to people who participate in a one hour online interview. That's explained in the survey.

Hello @Barrovian - thanks for letting us know. That survey has now progressed - we are looking for people who would like to be part of a Case Study database we are building to help others on their adoption journey learn from your experience and to also help people with a heat pump understand if their device is performing as it should.
Are you able to get data from your heat pump via an API or similar?
