Using the Android App version 0.3.17

Hi I'm trying to go through the registration process for my meters, the app gets all the way through to the Selfie Video part, after I record the video and hit ok, the App says "Error while storing file" and leaves me on the add selfie video page, which I can't get past.
My phone is a Samsung S10 5G latest firmware is that makes a difference.
Any help would be apporcated.
