Are you talking about Gas or Electric or Both ? My electric readings are every 30 mins everyday and my gas is just once a day at about 1pm (showing the previous days’ total consumption)… but that’s how it is if your Smart meters are adopted smets1’s…

Bright App is really really flaky going between the menus and taking minutes to refresh between them ie settings>devices>gas history>electricity history> back to front screen display…takes ages I guess this will improve soon. Also no gas…

Just for information Jane I have had the Bright App not loading anything at all for over 30 minutes now…. all I see is a spinning wheel !! and it still us even now !

Thanks Jane.. Bright back up now I guess the days’ data will catch up for me from the DCC for my Gas.. my electric is however all catched up to the last 30 minutes. thank you Jane

Could it be that these 2 fields are pre-populated by Hildebrand before the IHD/CAD is shipped out to the customer hence….the greyed -out situation?

Thanks about the demo mode Dougie…I was always aware of it…just thought that because the IHD/CAD is so intuitive and shows a lot of detail if you don’t realise how to see it all by drilling down the menu structure by touching the screen in places…. …
