New Glow not connecting to SMETS2

Anyone know the response time for Glowmarkt support? I bought a new Glow IHD last week but despite siting it just over a metre away from my SMETS2 meter it hasn't connected. I did email support after 24 hours but haven't had a confirmation of receipt of my problem, let alone any assistance. It's been 4 days now, how much longer might I expect to have to wait?

Just about to send a 'bump' email too.

  • Did you get an answer on this? I ordered a SMETS1 unit, confirmed my email address with them before ordering and yet it never connected. I got a reply from support the first day and then nothing.
