Setting Unit Rates on App Manually

I love this app, when it's working or receiving data, but when will the app be upgraded so we can change the unit and SC rates ourselves instead of having to email support@glowmarkt.com? whenever it's showing the wrong data?

It seems to have rolled out now. Silent and unannounced... Now I don't need it as I changed tariff and it updated correctly this time.
Seems to be lacking communication and support these past few months.
