Gas readings started to all be zero
Up until 2022-10-26 22:00 I was receiving hourly gas readings without any problem but when I have fetched gas readings over the last six days they have all been zero e.g:
[ [ 1666825200, 0 ], [ 1666828800, 0 ], [ 1666832400, 0 ]]
I have checked that the gas resourceId is still correct.
Electricity readings are coming through fine.
Has anyone else experienced this?

P.S. The IHD is registering the gas consumption without any problem.

Yup @adidev that looks identical to the problem I'm having (apart from I am receiving electricity but not gas readings).
I am getting `{glowApiUrl}/resource/${resourceId}/readings?from={fromDate}&to={toDate}&period=PT1H&offset=-60&function=sum`
@mike, I have the same results whether I'm reading electricity kW, £, gas kW or £ - all zeros. I checked on the app and there is some data 🤔
I am still getting readings of zero. Does anyone know why this is?
I am still not receiving gas consumption data.
I'm wondering if this has something to do with Shell Energy adding some "energy insights" to their website. By default my electricity is set to update those every 30 mins but gas is only daily and as a result their insights for gas are also empty. I updated my gas settings on their site to 30 minutes yesterday and I'm waiting on the results to update. Fingers crossed!
Alternatively it might be that the firmware on the meter is old.
I'm with eon and the meter reading (smart meters) is set to the most frequent reading, I think every 5 minutes. On Glowmarkt, I got sometimes update in the middle of the day, that's all.
