DCC DR failover test

A few weeks ago the DCC failed over to their backup site - on Sunday they are failing back

  1. 4 hour target 09:00-17:00 allocated
  2. No DCC service requests will work in that period so any requests for new profile reads during that period will not work
  3. The first failover was considered a fail because they had a lot of SR fails afterwards so they will be doing it all again soon.
