Issues with new GLOW CAD

I have just recieved my GLOW CAD, and the cloud icon was alternating between Green & Red, then just went solid red. Also when I try to connect it to Home Assistant it is found and an "Interview" starts, but never finishes... any thoughts thanks in advance.
