Temperature and humidity Sensor data in Home Assistant?

I have recently bought a Hildebrand Temperature and humidity sensor, which I have up and running with the Bright App.

The next thing I would like to do is show the data from in Home Assistant (which I am also new to), can anyone tell me how to do this?
