IHD firmware beta

I am pleased to announce after a lot of work by our IHD dev team we have a release candidate ready for final beta testing. There are many changes but here are some highlights.

Moving from Expressif IDF 2.x.x to 5.x.x

Enabling TLS verification on data uploads to our server

Enabling mqtts as well as the existing mqtt

Allowing hostnames as well as ip addresses for mqtt(s)

Failover and back to a default wifi settings if the existing wifi is unavailable (3 minutes)
