Added new smart gas meter

I've had a GlowStick for a couple of years, with a SMETS1 electricity meter that had been migrated to the DCC, but always had a non-smart gas meter. Today a new SMETS2 gas meter has been installed and a module added to the SMETS1 electricity meter to allow communication between them. Will the gas meter data automagically appear in the DCC alongside the electricity data or is that wishful thinking? Do I need to do anything else?
