Gd-1 ihd buying

I have question about buying the 3 of them from ebay as I have 3 places that lack or non working standard ihd, and need to know how we register them or do I need to pay £30 witch makes them too expensive at that point (or will we be able to buy them again as saying out of stock here)

I tomato energy do not push there rates out (they just clear the DCC so doesn't even have the old rates they are just blank) can you push the DCC data to the ihd so it shows information correctly
