Hi, I've emailed support@glowmarkt.com twice in the past few days about my mqtt feed which is broken since end of April. Is this no longer the preferred way to contact support?
I'm having a similar issue with contact from support.
My GLOW TX unit suffered a little water damage via a leak in the boiler cupboard, and now the device just shows a steady red light.
I have messaged support twice, but had no response at all.
Are Glowmarkt still supporting us at all?😣
I am having the same issue, had initial support regarding an issue then it just stopped. New ticket is also being ignored.
I wonder what is going on!
