Shell Energy - no electricity readings since Nov 23
On 14th Nov 23 my 30 minute electricity readings stopped being available from the Shell app and Bright via the DCC. Shell (Octopus) say this is part of a larger global issue for multiple customers. But they haven't fixed it in over two months. They say that daily reading are still coming through to them, but I can't see these in the Bright App. Daily Gas readings are still available in Bright.
Is anyone else having this issue?
