Standing charge wrong

My daily standing charge displayed in my Bright App has changed from 25p per day to 250p per day! My IHD gives the correct value, this has only changed today. Can anyone help.

  • Same here. Didn't upgrade my phone app or anything, but is showing x10 on the standing rate!


    But MQTT is fine.

    IHD has correct standing charge value 48.12 but Bright has -17.416

    Unit cost is correct for me 27.864

  • I had the same issue, after contacting support turned out that my supplier hadn't configured the tariffs correctly in the meter. I eventually managed to get them to correct it. However, now the price cap has come into force the tariffs are wrong again, Argh!
