CAD for SMETS1 Refusing to connect

Hello all.

since the recent API outage, my CAD refuses to get back onto the Wi-Fi, no matter what offerings I give the gods. It just sits on "establishing data connection with GlowStick" and this never happens, no matter how long I give it

Has anyone else experienced this recently and found a way to resolve it?
