Gas shows but not Electricity
in Bright App
This is a very cool app, would appreciate some advise on teething problems…
I have recently installed the Bright app and registered my SMETS2 which is the one provided by my supplier.
in the app settings I can see both an MPAN and an MPRN, but only Gas usage is visible on the home page.
i have waited a couple of days since registering if case there was a delay in the data appearing, but still no joy.
electricity costs do show up on my IHD.
Any tips on what I can try to resolve this?

Just your Bright username or MAC of the IHD.
We need to resend the join to your elec meter as it seems from what you say, to have ignored the first request.
